The Residential Source database consists of listings for all major types of residential properties as well as search capabilities for all properties, with links to additional property information (property packages and brochures) you may have attached to your home page, along with home page link and email link. Links to mapping (click on a property address) and demographics (click on a Zipcode) are included.

Are you are member of Real Estate Cyberspace Society? ....then your membership is recognized here in Residentialsource.com and you may enjoy the additional benefits of this site by simply logging in with your ID and Password. Also, your property listings are distributed to the Residentialsource.com mailing list for distribution automatically.

Registration:
If you have never used this site, you need to register one time--choose the membership type, complete the appropriate form, choose your UserID and Password and enter a listing for your contact information to be retained. Remember that ID and Password are CASE SENSITIVE!! REcyber members do not register, but use the fast link to REcyber User Registration

Listing A Property:
1) You may enter your listing online by Clicking on "Add/Modify" and then log-in as required. (if you are a new user, please complete the New User Registration first).

2) Next, select the type of property you wish to list from the scroll box and proceed directly to the input form.

3) Click Submit at the end of a form when complete. You may always modify your property information at any time by using My ReSource.

4) Follow directions -- you will have 3 choices--

Your personal information is auto filled from the personal profile database information.

Modifying A Property:
1) Click on Modify from either the bottom bar or the front page. Log-in and proceed to modify your properties, exactly as you did when you input them originally.

My ReSource gives you a database modification section allowing you to see all your listings at one time. You may preview, modify or delete, upload photos, etc.

Modifying Your Personal Profile:
Need to change your phone number, email or other personal data?

1) Once you have logged-in, you are given the opportunity to update any of your personal information by clicking on the Modify Profile button within My ReSources modification area.

Photo Requirements:
To add a URL for your specific Virtual Tour to your listings use the "Virtual Tour" field available on all property listing/modification forms.

You may include any photos you wish to include (from the following list). There are 2 ways to get the photos to us.

1) Use the interactive Photo Upload capability. Upon entering a listing, you will be given the opportunity to immediately Browse your computer and upload an image in accordance with the sizing and naming requirements below. or
2) Email properly named (see list below) and sized photos to webmaster@residentialsource.com.

Photo Hints:
You may have photos saved to disk in a "jpg" format for an additional $4.95 at most photo shops.

Black and white or grayscale images should be in "gif" format at 225 pixels wide for first photo (the photo that will show on the listing output page) only. All others should be in "jpg" or "gif" at 350 pixels maximum width and saved at a compression ratio of 60 or M. Here are some Tips on Scanning Images. Be sure to name the photo with the property id number and two digit code as follows: EXAMPLE: 123el.jpg

el Main Photo (NOTE: if you only have one photo name it with "el" code regardless of what it is.)

Subscribing or Unsubscribing from Mailing Lists:
You must be a member of ResidentialSource.com to subscribe to our mailing list. The mailing list automatically emails notices of all propertise listed in the system. You may subscribe or unsubscribe from the list E-Leads section.
