ResidentialSource provides a variety of online services for residential real estate professionals and the public. ResidentialSource considers its users, their personal information and property listings its greatest asset. Consequently, ResidentialSource values the privacy and feedback of all of our users. All user information collected via this site is considered private and we do not share it without the your permission. The following policy statement summarizes our protection and use of any personal information provided by visitors to the ResidentialSource.com website.
ResidentialSource.com collects user information from several areas of the site including: Member Registration, E-Leads, adding and modification of property information, support email, feedback forms, RESBOT, surveys and contests and affiliated vendors that the site may sponsor or partner with. ResidentialSource.com may track the IP address of a user's computer or place a "cookie" in the browser files of a user's computer. This is required in order to provide some automated features.
ResidentialSource.com may at some point in the future exchange mambership and property data only with other systems in certain instances.
Additionally, registered users who are also REcyber members are involved in dynamic membership data exchange.
On occasion, information may be shared with a third party provider, such as, but not limited to, mortgage101.com for the purpose of providing mortgage loans from the property listings; to offer an enhanced services to users or for the purpose of providing targeted advertising. ResidentialSource.com does not sell, rent or lease user information to any third party. ResidentialSource.com can not be responsible for the privacy practices of other sites that may be found by following links from ResidentialSource.com.
You are respectfully reminded that ResidentialSource.com is a publicly accessible real estate portal site where property listing information is posted and viewable by any one. Only members of ResidentialSource.com may receive property notices and post to our E-Leads lists. By becoming a member of ResidentialSource.com and any of its affiliated services you are stating that you are aware that your listings and contact information are viewable by the public via the World Wide Web.
Because much of the ResidentialSource.com system is user maintained, if at any time, a user is unhappy with with the level of privacy the system provides you may "opt-out" of any of our services by simply deleting your listings and unsubscribing from E-leads. Both of these processes are maintained by the user.
If you wish your user profile to be deleted simply notify us with your request, your name and User ID/Password at webmaster@residentialsource.com and you will be removed from the system. Remember that you may change your own Password at any time to provide additional security.
Change of Agents on Listings: If you are a real estate broker with listings in the system that have been assigned to an agent who leaves your company and then need to be reassigned to a new agent, first register the NEW agent and then simply email webmaster@residentialsource.com with the Listing ID#s along with the new agent's ID and Password and we will modify the listings so they will contain the contact information and User ID/Password for the new agent who is now listing the property. This request MUST come from company headquarters.
Internet Media Works! and First United Properties, Inc. (owners and site developers of ResidentialSource.com), reserve the right to refuse membership, property listings addition, partnerships, sponsorships and advertising to or from anyone, any organization or company. nternet Media Works!, First United Properties, Inc. and ResidentialSource.com reserve the right not to post advertising banners or other information not in keeping with the site sponsored. At no time does ResidentialSource.com or its affiliated sites exchange proprietary user data which is considered a ResidentialSource.com asset. This data includes, but may not be limited to, membership, property listings and email addresses.
