Internet Media Works! and Residential Source (and all associated websites owned by these parties) are committed to ensuring that all products, applications, and processes are Year 2000 Ready. This includes date and time processing between the years 1999 and 2000, as well as leap year calculations.

All products and applications have been found to be Year 2000 Ready, based on internal testing and by outside companies. New product development is expected to be Y2K compliant.

Customer websites may contain software and hardware from numerous vendors. We have inquired of the vendors to make certain any third party software and hardware is Year 2000 Ready and to our knowledge all are in compliance, but we can not promise that to be accurate.

Customers are advised that we have no control over any Internet Service Providers we do business with or their networks and although we have inquired of them and been told they are Y2K ready, it is impossible for us to tell if this is accurate or not. The same can be said for the Internet Backbones that supply service to these companies or to our offices. While the backbones are the largest in the world it is beyond the realm of our responsibility to be able to accurately determine or insure how the Internet will perform in the year 2000.

Additionally, we have undertaken an extensive internal audit of the software applications, operating systems, hardware, communication tools, and key suppliers to ensure that our internal processes will not be disrupted by Y2K issues. This is an ongoing effort and no major deficiencies have been identified.
